Together with a team of expert providers, we will craft your event from start to finish, working with you to turn your fantasies into reality.

Whether you live right next door or on the other side of the world, it doesn’t matter: we will build a solid relationship through exclusive appointments/Zoom calls and help you pave the road towards your “I Do” or any other event step by step.

WEDDING & EVENT PLANNING

Your wedding should be about you and no one else. That’s why we create tailor-made events that thoroughly reflect your vision and personality.

Together with you and your spouse, we will produce a unique project driven by your dreams and desires. We will collaborate with a team of providers selected upon your needs and we will draft a unique concept that includes: costs, timeline, event flow & maps, contacts, and payments.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

From exhilarating pool parties to chic welcome dinners, we have you covered with the management of every event you want to have in our premises.

 

PLANNING TIMELINE

 We want to make sure that you will be on board with the full event organization process, so here are the steps we are going to follow:

  • We will send you an Event Form to fill in with all the info about your desired event
  • Based on the form, we will forward you the quote for the event planning and the estimate for the event’s total expenses
  • We will schedule a first 30-minute call together to get to know each other better
  • After the call, we will prepare the contract for you to sign and book the desired date
  • The planning starts in Autumn of the year before the event and ends in Spring of the year of the event
  • All definitive prices will be available only from the start of the event planning (Autumn)
